Student Appreciation Week: October 30th, 2017 – November 4th, 2017

We pride ourselves on the success of our students, and we strongly believe
that the educational experience isn’t limited to the class room. In recognizing
such, we have established a student appreciation week. PCCTI celebrates
students by providing them a week of contests and refreshments and a few
words of encouragement. This year, students participated in guessing
games and a scavenger hunt. Every day the winning student received
a goodie bag.

Halloween Costume Contest: October 31st, 2017

PCCTI held a costume contest this year for students and staff. Costumes
included baseball players, animals and scary movie characters! The
campus was decorated for the holiday and candy was distributed
among all. We were so excited to see the community express their
creativity this Halloween!

Thanksgiving Food Drive: November 6th, 2017 – November 17th, 2017

The PCCTI community joined together this holiday season to give thanks.
Both the Oak Brook and Chicago campuses participated in a November
food drive before Thanksgiving. Students and staff brought in
non-perishable goods to donate.
Items will be donated to People’s Resource Center Southeast, located
in Westmont.

Community Service Event: November 7th, 2017

PCCTI was given the opportunity to be part of a community service
project within the building. PCCTI nursing students provided free
blood pressure and blood sugar checks to the building community.
The day was filled with all building organizations providing their
services to give back to the community.
